SCE Trademarks “Freedom Wars”, Square Enix “Dr.F”

We’re on trademark watch this weekend and Sony Computer Entertainment, Namco Bandai and Square Enix have filed a few interesting titles in their home country.

In Japan, SCE has added “Freedom Wars” and “YU-NAMA” to the company’s ever expanding  list of trademarks. Destiny of Spirits was filed in North America last month and now the same can be said for Japan.

SCE also filed ”Yūsha no Kuse ni Namaiki da” or “What Did I Do to Deserve This, My Lord?”  which sounds like another installment to Acquire’s  real-time strategy game ( of the same name ) released for the PSP in 2007  may be coming.

Namco Bandai filled for “Brave 4″ and “Brave Soldiers” while Square Enix filed for “Dr. F”. Who wants to bet that the ‘F’ stand for Fantasy?
